“I was looking for a creative team bonding (staff morale) event for our administrative team. I hired Chef Lou to run a cooking demo for our team. We each had our own stations to cook the food and then we sat down and ate what we cooked. I hoped it would be fun, filling, and fulfilling. Chef Lou surpassed all of my hopes and expectations for the event. He spent a lot of time with me ahead of the event to plan out the menu. He helped with picking up groceries and supplies. He approached this event with as much enthusiasm as I did, and wanted it to be successful as if he were doing this for his own team. Chef Lou was patient with our questions, laughed along with us, and was generous and pleasant. He taught us new skills and new dishes. The recipes were amazing and yummy! We all learned, laughed, and bonded. Our team was so happy at the end of the evening that we had this experience together. He discussed with us what we hoped for with the event, helped plan the menu and provided great suggestions and ideas. “I hired Chef Lou for a dinner party for my real estate team. What a great way to have a nice dinner in my home but without having to cook! Chef Lou arrived early, came fully prepared and worked non-stop to prep before our guests arrived. His timing was perfect to offer appetizers as soon as guests arrived followed by Cesar salad, pasta with homemade gravy and a chicken piccata. EVERYTHING made from scratch including the croutons for the salad! We had a few dietary restrictions and they were absolutely no problem.
