Happy New Year!

My family completed 2020 with another “Feast of the Seven Fishes”; you can read more about that tradition in my blog post from last year. Pictured is a traditional squid salad - barely poached squid (calamari) seasoned with salt, pepper and hot chilis, drizzled in olive oil and lemon juice with celery, garlic and tomatoes. Simple, delicious, perfection!

2020 was a challenging year for many of us and so different than any we have ever experienced. Moving into 2021, my hope is we will be kind to each other, help one another and work together for the greater good. I’d like to wish all my followers, clients, friends and family a safe and healthy start to this new year.
